I can finally say I have broken something. About a week ago, I fell off my skateboard and landed weird. Somehow I broke my ankle. It was pretty gross. I didn't think your foot could get purple! Hopefully it will be fully healed pretty soon! Anyways, I was wondering if anyone else has broken a body part or more than one. It sure does hurt!

No, never. I had my share of tripping over things, slipping and falling down, but I never broke anything. So far.

I've never broken a bone.
However, my dad's says his most painful moment was when he fell off a step-ladder. And this is coming from a guy who got into a life-threatening accident when the brakes to his 18-wheeler failed and he crashed into a construcion site. He was so messed up physically that my grandparents didn't recognize him at first when they visited him in a hospital.
Yet none of that was as painful as his fall from a small step-ladder. Man!

Broke the small finger on my left hand ages ago. Someone took a jab at me so I did this
And had the poor luck to glance it off their jaw into the side of their neck. They still went down rather heavily though, so it's all good.

I've broken various fingers 5 different times, broke 3 ribs, broke ankle, broke collarbone.
Do I list the bones I've broken on others?

I wonder what's more painful: a broken bone or a serious burn?
Actually, I hope I never find out.

Serious burn is far worse. 3rd degree burns take a day for the pain to set in because of the natural pain suppression effect that happens with severe thermal injuries. That is why so many burn victims go into the hospital fully conscious then die 24-48 hours later.

Even a minor burn is painful. So I can only imagine how painful a serious burn is.

I once accidentally touched melted glass with my hand. The most painful experience of my life.
